Privacy Policy

When you submit the coaching application form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the application questions (including what you do professionally, what you are navigating, what you would like to change, why you are interested in working together, whether you are prepared to invest in coaching, and anything else you choose to share).

Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) may also be collected through standard analytics to understand how the site is used.

Your application information is used for one purpose: to review your application and, if it looks like a genuine fit, to contact you about a private conversation regarding coaching. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Application submissions are stored securely with our website and database provider. When you submit an application, a copy is also delivered to my private email so I can review it. These service providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Application information is kept for as long as needed to review applications and manage coaching enquiries. If you would like your information deleted, contact me and I will remove it.

You can contact me at any time to ask what information I hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have additional legal rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and I will honour requests consistent with applicable law.

This site and my coaching services are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
